WebTrafficker Instant Frequently Asked Questions

Webtrafficker Instant FAQs

How does WebTrafficker Instant work?
WebTrafficker Instant provides an exclusive feature article about your company written to a specific agreed search phrase. This article is then posted on our WebEvents website and an inbound link from our website to your website is then built. As our five-year old website has PageRank of 6 and is cleanly and ideally optimised, the search engines frequently visit our site to check for any changes. As a result the feature article about your company which we have on our website will be quickly ranked by Google.

When will my website be on the first page of Google?
As our website is regarded as a ‘news site’, Google regularly spiders it and indexes and ranks any new information posted on the site accordingly. We normally approximate that the article feature on your company will be on the first page of Google within a fourteen day period.

What will the feature article include?
The feature article will be between 300 and 500 words in length and will present your products and services. It will also include a banner and logo taken from your website and an inbound link to your website.

What happens if I want to change my search phrase?
Although you may change your search phrase at anytime and at no extra cost, you do need to bear in mind that if you already have a ranking then you could lose this and have to start all over again from square one.

How will people arrive at my website?
By typing the search phrase into Google and then clicking through a link to your website which is contained within the feature article.

I’ve checked my article, and it only ranks on page 3. When I checked with Webevents, you can see my article ranking in the top ten. Why?
This is a very rare occurrence and only happens with Google. Google uses a number of data centres worldwide to manage its indexes and these data centres are being updated continually. Normally, when you enter a search term on Google, you will receive search results from the data centre nearest you. If that data centre is down, or overloaded, you will receive results from another data centre. The ongoing updating means that you may receive different results from each data centre. So many people use Google across the world, that it is perfectly possible for you to see your ranking at 20, whilst your next door neighbour sees you at number 2. Under our Terms and Conditions, we have stated that as long as we can see your Google top 10 ranking on our machines, our obligation to you is fulfilled. We will happily send you a screen shot of the ranking we can see, to show you that you have achieved your top 10 place.

Under what circumstances am I entitled to a refund?
You are eligible for a refund for the relevant month in the unlikely circumstance that your website is not ranked, or if your site is no longer on the first page of Google.
