There are basically three ways in which you can get your publication into a WebMags format:

Option One – We host and build your WebMag for you

The above prices include:

• Converting the PDFs to WebMag format
• The building of links to external websites
• Hosting the WebMag for the current issue
• Tracking the number of visitors, the pages viewed and the links clicked on, viewable through a web-based reporting tool

All you need to do is:

• Send us a copy of your print-ready magazine in a non-rasterised PDF file format without crop marks
• Inform us of any links you would like building into your WebMag, typically links to advertisers external websites
• We then send you a link to your converted WebMag which you can paste into your website

Option Two – You build the WebMag yourselves and we host it

The above prices include:

• Remote access to our WebMags software
• Hosting the WebMag for the current issue
• Tracking the number of visitors, the pages viewed and the links clicked on, viewable through a web-based reporting tool

All you need to do is:

• Access our WebMags software remotely
• Follow the simple instructions on how to convert your publication into a WebMag
• Keep the converted WebMag for the current issue on our server

Option Three – You build and host the WebMag yourselves

The above prices include:

• Licence agreement allowing you to build a specified number of pages per annum. Typically this is the forecasted number of pages for the year divided by twelve and paid for by monthly standing order
• Remote telephone support
• Recommendations for necessary software and environment requirements
• Tracking as above

All you need to do is:

• Sign a licence to use the WebMags software
• Buy a PDF component costing approximately £300
• Build your own WebMag online using a web interface
• Host the WebMag on your own servers

Extra WebMags Costs

Archiving
If we are hosting your Webmag we automatically hold any current issue of your publication for no extra cost until it is replaced by the subsequent publication. Should you wish to keep any back issues on our servers, we charge a hosting fee of 10p per page per month.

Audio and Video Clip Costs
Audio and video clips can be built into your WebMag for a charge of £200 per clip. Please note that this price applies to all clips which are supplied in an mpeg or QuickTime format. Should you supply a clip in any other format we charge £95 per hour to convert the clips over to the necessary format.
